come as you are, exactly as you are
Hi! I am so happy you are here!
Are you finding yourself struggling with anxiety, uncertainty, or a sense of isolation? Feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of adjusting to life in a new country or navigating the stress of college life or other major changes? As a neurodivergent, first-generation (Albanian/Puerto Rican) college graduate, I understand the unique challenges that come with assimilating to a new culture or transitioning, adapting and coping to the college experience. I specialize in working with international clients, women, college students and young adults who are dealing with life transitions, anxiety, chronic stress and adjustment difficulties.
Balancing roles such as student, worker, parent, friend, sibling and partner while also being a human can oftentimes make you feel as though there is no room for YOU in the equation. I’m here to support you in embracing every part of your identity, even the parts you’ve been taught to suppress.
I know reaching out for help can feel daunting, especially when you're already juggling so much. You don’t need to have it all figured out to take that first step. If you’re ready to start exploring the experiences that have shaped you and your place in this world, I'd be honored to work with you!
